If you receive this error in SecturaSYNC, you may have lost the connection to your SecturaFAB tenant through the console user. Here’s what to do about it.
First, make sure you are using the correct URL. The correct URL is api.secturafab.com. To check this, open your SecturaSYNC application and navigate to SecturaFAB settings.
If the URL is correct, proceed with these steps:
1. Log in to SecturaFAB and choose "Settings."
2. Select “Users.”
3. Locate the user with first name “api” and last name “integration.” The email address will be api.integration@[YOURTENANTID].com.
Note: This should be console user.
Here’s an example:
4. If you do not have this user profile, choose “New User” and create a profile with the parameters described in step 3.
Note: The user type must be selected as “console” in the dropdown on the left and the selection box on the right. Then, you can skip to step 7.
5. If you do have this user profile, update the password. Select the user from the list and choose view on the upper ribbon.
6. Select “Reset Password.” Once the password is updated, proceed.
7. Open SecturaSYNC and choose the Settings gear.
8. Select SecturaFAB Settings and update the login info to reflect what is in your SecturaFAB tenant.
Note: Double-check the Tenant ID. The username will not include the domain name.
