Occasionally, the SecturaSYNC application for your integration may need to reset — for example, if a change order is processed to upgrade your implementation.
To reset SecturaSYNC:
- Ensure the SecturaSYNC application is closed.
- Complete these steps from the installation location (e.g., the device or server on which SecturaSYNC is installed).
- Open the computer’s start navigation and type “Services.”
2. Refresh the SecturaSOFT Synchronizer service by right-clicking and selecting “Refresh.”
3. Reopen SecturaSYNC and retry the action (e.g., "Sync All," or the individual action described in your change order).
4. Close SecturaSYNC to allow the automation timers to run.
