Sales Locations
A sales location is used for reporting only. The address information will be replaced with the address information of the sales location if the Use Local Address is check for the sales location. The sales location for a quote can me set in the quote properties.
An organization has a sales location property that can be set. If the organization is selected for a quote and the organization has a sales location then the sales location for the quote will be set accordantly.
Manufacturing Locations
Manufacturing Location can set the price book for a quote if the Price Book property is set for that location. Equipment and sales reps can have locations. If the sales rep have a location then the quote manufacturing location will be set when that sales rep is selected. If the manufacturing location of a quote is blank and a operation is added to a quote and the equipment has a location then the manufacturing location of the quote will be set to the location of the equipment.
If the location has a price book then the price book of the quote will be set the same as that of the location.
